1. Subscribing to HCU shuttle service is optional.
2. The set buses schedule might not accomodate the individual needs of each student.
3. The multiple trips daily to and from each destination are meant to minimize the waiting time of HCU shuttle service users.
4. Pre-registration to the shuttle service for Spring 2008-2009 is done online for all students between
2008-11-19 and 2008-12-13.
5. Payment of shuttle service fees is done at any branch of BANKMED prior to the start of the term and is non-refundable for any excuse.
6. Final registration/ validation of the bus pass is done at the Student Support Office in Block-G upon submitting evidence of payment (Transportation Fee Slip stamped by the bank).
7. First time subscribers during current academic year are requested to submit, with the evidence of payment, a passport size photo for bus pass purposes.
8. Only during the first week of each term subscribers are allowed to use the bus by presenting the evidence of payment.
9. As of the first class day of week 2, Only validated bus pass holders can use the shuttle service.
10. The bus fees are:
L.L.//460,000// for students taking the bus from Beirut, Saida or Khaldeh.
L.L.//110,000// for students taking the bus from Damour.
